1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return :

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

In these cases, Vector Interior will cover the return shipping fee.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and proof (such as photos).


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.  Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
